Weekend Shopping Guide

Weekend Shopping Guide

It’s finally Friday! As a way to celebrate, we are featuring three fabulous fashion-tech sites with similar names, but very different purposes. Treat yourself to a few minutes on each of these sites and decide which one fits you. The weather might be getting uglier, but that’s no reason for your wardrobe to be.

1. MyShoppingSecrets

Gain access to premium online fashion stores all from one site.  The “What’s New” tab ensures that you never miss a trend and the “Designers” tab includes a list of more than fifty to choose from.  MyShoppingSecrets stands out partly because of the Catwalk Channel.  Users can experience being front row at some of the world’s leading fashion shows without leaving the comfort of their homes. Burberry and Calvin Clein are just a few of the shows you can check out at the moment. After viewing trends and fashion shows, click the “Shop” tab and put your new knowledge to use!

2. MyHabit

Calling all those with an Amazon addiction – MyHabit is for you.  Amazon is perfect for accessories and technology, but is sometimes difficult to navigate for clothing. Top brands are featured on the site at up to sixty percent off.  Structured similarly to Gilt Groupe and Haute Look, MyHabit has excelled flash sales for men, women, and children. As an added bonus there is a “theFIX” tab which lets members get inspired by with fashion news, videos, designer interviews, and expert advice daily. Plus, if you are already a member of Amazon, you can sign in with your Amazon credentials.

3. MyWardrobe

Launched in 2006, MyWardrobe caters to an international fashion audience featuring the hottest trends of the season and staple pieces that never go out of style. Men and women with “real lives” can shop for top brands and filter by designer, size, color, or item. If you’re looking to max out those credit cards, the Shoe Lounge and Bag Boutique will get you every time. Current trends include leather, futuristic, shimmer and shine, and trophy knits — something for everyone. The chic layout of the website truly conveys “everyday luxury.”
