‘Tis the season to be… super busy! With all the running around we’ve been doing to meet with clients, get proposals in, attend (and host) events and plan for the new year, it’s hard to keep track of everyone and everything we need to get through the holidays.
Luckily for all of us, we’ve compiled a list of apps that can help any entrepreneur get through the holiday season without a scratch.
- Square Wallet – If you have a brick and mortar boutique, or have ever done a pop-up shop, then we’re sure you are very familiar with this little innovation. This app already made completing transactions super easy by allowing customers to pay by speaking their name into this data-retaining phenomenon. Excitingly, and just in time for the holidays, Square Wallet made things even easier by announcing that participating vendors can offer gift cards instantly increasing local buying power and mitigating payment issues.
- TripIt Pro – Now that you’ve increased sales, it’s time to take a trip — go home for the holiday, or wear your Santa hat on the beach — wherever you decide to spend the holidays, this app makes it incredibly easy to get there. With this handy tool you’re able to keep track of alerts (including delays and cancellations), share your travel plans with your assistant, find alternate flights, and more.
- Polycom RealPresence Mobile – Once you’re at the beach, or in your old bedroom at your parents’ house, you’ve realized there’s one last meeting you need to have before you can leave those cookies out for Santa. Don’t worry, though, we’ve got you covered. With this app you’re able to stream HD quality video conferencing on various mobile devices including your smartphone or iPad easily and seamlessly. This way, you’ll never miss a meeting.
- 24me – With all that help at your fingertips we know you’re feeling a bit better about tackling the holiday, but if you’re looking for something to really tie up those loose ends we’ve found just the thing. This app allows users to really take control of their lives and keeps things like paying bills, gift and meeting reminders, even task sharing, all in one place. The really cool part? You can speak all those little details into your device — keep your hands free for gift wrapping.
