Valentine’s Day Roundup: Fashion Tech Startups Who Are Feeling The Love

Just when you thought you had a moment to breathe from the gift-giving (and gift-receiving) extravaganza of the holiday season, here comes Valentine’s Day.  And it may just be us but this year the romantic holiday — founded on cupid and chocolate — seems to be on steroids.  That’s Ok, though, we at TWF embrace it because there’s nothing else we love more than love itself.

Check out the slideshow list of fashion tech companies that really went all out for Valentine’s Day 2013.

Basically anything from the NET-A-PORTER Valentine's Day inspired compilation will be a slam dunk... No, seriously. That's right, the ladies at Rent The Runway have set aside an entire area of their fashion offerings just for that special night! Launched as a gift to her boyfriend, Mike Krieger (you know him as the Co-founder of Instagram), Kaitlyn Trigger boasts this app to be THE best demonstration of your love this Valentine's Day.

While you're uploading your couples' shots, be sure to infuse some serious fashion in there, will ya? Etsy's asking everyone to compete in a romantic DIY in order to win a fancy night in. The winnings? How about a $100 Etsy gift card and a $100 gift card from Whole Foods Market. Hurry, contest ends soon! Announced last week, Birchbox shared that they would be releasing a limited edition "We Heart Collection" box that will bring you all kinds of goodies including: Cargo Mascara, All Over Shimmer Luminizer by Stilla, an Oscar Blandi Texture & Volume Spray, and much more. The Birchbox Limited Edition Valentine's Day Box is valued at $76 but you can get it for $36/box. Sweet deal for a sweet Valentine. Bib + Tuck wants you to use this Valentine's Day to get rid of the things you don't want anymore and get something that you'll really love. And we can't get over the way they're reminding us of this either!
